1. Scope of Services
OrynTech provides digital solutions, software engineering, and technology consulting. All specific deliverables, timelines, milestones, and commercial agreements are governed by formal statements of work agreed upon between OrynTech and our clients.
2. Intellectual Property
Custom software built for clients is transferred according to individual engagement contracts upon completion of agreed milestone commitments. OrynTech proprietary platforms (including InziraInsight, IshuriHub, KACCI, and Gerayo) remain the intellectual property of OrynTech.
3. Governing Law
These terms and any professional engagements initiated through this corporate website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Rwanda, with legal domicile at Kigali, Rwanda.
